I originally qualified to teach Sivananda Yoga, after studying in India. After returning to the UK I deepened my knowledge by training with the British Wheel of Yoga. I completed a wonderful apprenticeship with the Sitaram Partnership, who specialise in the perinatal period. I hold diplomas in general yoga, pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga, mum and baby yoga, family yoga and yoga for teenagers. Whilst pregnant with my son I also trained with the IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) to teach baby massage.
I started my first class in Cobham in March 2010, this grew to three classes, along with mum and baby yoga and baby massage. Now in September 2014 I am branching out into Guildford with a new pregnancy yoga class.
Please look at my website for class schedule. No yoga experience is necessary, complete beginners welcome. Come along to warmly supportive class, where you can enjoy your pregnancy, bond with your baby and make new friends.
Hi ladies, does anyone have any pregnancy yoga recommendations? Yogabellies doesn't seem to be running in Guildford anymore, and Red Hot Yoga doesn't quite fit my schedule? Thanks
