  Quick one. A colleague of mine at work has expressed an interest in getting into bikes. Any suggestions on who to recommend for his training? He's a complete novice, although over 25.

  I guess that depends on where he lives, But this is Andy's website. http://www.northernroute.co.uk not sure if Andy is part of the "Get On" scheme, but the scheme provides free bike and kit for an hour to taste the water... or visit the NEC show in November/December and they are usually there as well....
