  Okay, my girlfriend fell off her bike and broke her shoulder. She went to Beebe and has been referred to a Dr. Soba (he's their attending ortho guy). Does anybody have any knowledge of him or any recommendations of a good "shoulder Dr." in the area? Thanks!
