  I have had my young dog spayed at Kitsap Veterinary Hospital by Dr. Buck. She did a wonderful job (all internal stitches... no cone of shame) on Bethel RD SE.. 360-876-2021. I am sure she would do an excellent job on a neutering procedure as well.
