  UPDATE on RJ's Great Shoulder Break of 2013: The shoulder bone break is pretty much healed (the break occurred on 10/10/13) so....I do NOT have to wear the hot immobilizer anymore (no more sweaty "sheep" around my waist and arm, thank goodness) HOWEVER: I am in need of a physical therapist in Omaha. Please let me know your recommendations ASAP! I have to get back to using BOTH of my arms to communicate, you know. :) Thanks!
