I am trying to find a hospital which will check me and ideally speak english. In the worst case scenario my boss can write me on a paper he symptoms in czech lol I have VZP if it makes a difference.   Went here yesterday with the same problem. They have 24/7 service in all departments. Go straight to urology in building H. Nurse didn't speak English at all but google translate helped. Doctor's English was excellent. http://www.fnkv.cz/

  There is a dermatology department at this hospital. The dermatologist herself speaks a little English but the receptionists do not and are rather gruff. You buy the standard 30 czk ticket from the machine and then treatment is free with a long long wait. In my experience though, to get better treatment you have to pay, usually around 500 czk. http://www.fnkv.cz

  You can go to the polyclinic, http://www.fnkv.cz/kontakt.php they don't do appointments, you just have to turn up and wait (which can take a few hours) but the dermatologist does speak english and she's very helpful
