MuDr. Seunikova-Nemcova at Centrum mediciny, Dukelskych hrdinu 17. P-7 tel. 777 701110 or 233 378 809 is one of the best and speaks great English. Central reception check-in. Not sure about foreigner VZP but she does take full VZP which we have. Even at that she's very reasonable.

Belinda F. replied:
Unfortunately after finally getting an appointment with Dr. Bergerova recommended by Mako - I was told that they do not do accept any health insurance. So again doesn't anyone have an English speaking dermatologist that they like and can recommend and accepts VZP?
Adam T. replied:

Dr Illicova at the clinic on mezibranska (muzeum) is very nice, speaks English, and even accepts PVZP depending on whether they accept the treatment.
Katie M. replied:
Bumping this...Iain Gambles or Elle Sidell - do you have contact info for Dr. Illicova? I googled, but couldn't find anything. Probably googling the wrong thing...

Beth G. replied:
You can try Dr. Seunikova (just google, you'll see her phone number). I don't know what insurance she takes, but if you have to pay out of pocket it's not expensive and her English is excellent. She has been able to fit me in quickly before.
Jana T. replied:
You can try Bulovka. All of the doctors I've seen there spoke good English and they were always rather helpful. They definitely take VZP and I am sure they'd give you an emergency appointment. If you decide to go, call 266 082 237 to make an appointment. Hope you get some relief soon! http://bulovka.cz/kliniky-a-oddeleni/dermatovenerologicka-klinika/
Hi! Does anyone know of an English-speaking dermatologist in Prague that accepts VZP? Female preferred.

Dr. Seunikovahttp://www.expats.cz/prague/czech/dermatologists/mudrseunikovadertmatologist/
Maie C. replied:
You can go to the polyclinic, http://www.fnkv.cz/kontakt.php they don't do appointments, you just have to turn up and wait (which can take a few hours) but the dermatologist does speak english and she's very helpful
Lori G. replied:
So I visited Dr. Seunikova today for a mole check. It cost 500 kc (she said this normal pvzp that we have doesn't cover specialist fees). She had some special "biocam" that she used to look over my moles and pointed out the one that I need to keep an eye on. It just took a few minutes and I didn't have to wait long. She also told me that they could remove the annoying but harmless mole on my neck for 700 kc. I was very happy with her. So, thanks!

Ok, no bites earlier - trying again - Can anyone recommend an english speaking dermatologist in Prague?
Lisa E. replied:
Jessica Boone, I have heard Young & Company have all sorts of English speaking specialist. They may not be the cheapest though.
Chris G. replied:
Young+Co says "Our general practice (doctor's office), well located at the Dejvická metro, provides high quality primary healthcare together with physiotherapy and psychotherapy." They take all Czech public health insurances and could no doubt redirect you to a specialist > http://young.co.cz/welcome.html
