Can anyone recommend a great restaurant in Lafayette for a person with food allergies? Thanks

Right now, Cooperage and Metro are my favorites. I believe that both kitchens are capable of being 'accomodating'. I also like Chow, but believe their kitchen might be more 'rigid'. In the case of 'ovo~lacto' issues, I think a flexible kitchen to be an easier approach than a single store that is on point. This would also be a great question to pose to GRU member, Dawn Preisendorf, Susie Unruh Garcia or our old friend Sarah Reilly at getnourished.net .

Sarah Reilly, clinical nutritionist Get Nourished Sarah@getnourished.net I work pretty much exclusively with her. Sarah is here in the Bay Area but works with her clients mostly virtually. She isn't connected with any particular product line and also runs lab tests when necessary.
