  Is there any rescue or vet that can help my mother in laws cat. He needs surgery or he will die.theu told her if they get him the surgery he will live a healthy life. He needs all his teeth pulled and something with his nerves. They rescued him a few years back off of the streets and he was severely beat up and skinny. He is now 17pds and sweetest cat Ive seen. She has tried care credit among other things and they are now trying to reach out to the public for some help. If anyone has any ideas That would help please let me know asap. Thank u.
