  We lived here for 2 years... nice pretty views and we left the majority of the fencing up, we were required to take down the lean to but it has seasonal creek running thru it... its actually 9 acres, and you maybe able to negotiate getting it all... http://www.rentbozeman.com/rentaldetail.asp?ID=1307
