4G Property Management (406-539-1994) has treated both the owners (my husband and me) and tenants fairly. When the refrigerator went out, he called us quickly and was prepared to go to bat for the renters if we chose the cheapest-but-would-take-two-weeks-to-be-delivered option. We really appreciated that because it's how we'd have wanted to be treated!

We rented from Peak Property Management for 3 years & had no problems. They always fixed things quickly and did things like seasonally turning off & on our sprinklers. We paid our rent on time & followed the lease terms. They did require certain type of carpet cleaning when we left but it made sense to me because the truck mounted machine kind worked really well. We did what we were supposed to & got our deposit back.

They did all the legwork, accounting and maintenance. Huge weight was lifted. Plus, they are incredibly knowledgeable and have the clients interest at heart. Cannot day enough good things about them.
