Can anyone recommend a local evening yoga class? It doesn't need to be in Whiteley but within 10 minutes drive preferable, on a weeknight.... For a novice!! Thanks

Hey guys. Having trouble with my lower back so looking for a yoga class. Any good local classes for an absolute novice? Thanks in advance :)
Lizzi A. replied:
Kate Colvin Yoga on Monday and Tuesdays at 1830-1930 in Whiteley (next to the Co-Op) are fantastic classes and very welcoming. She is great at offering different options for each pose to cater for novice-advanced and alternatives if a pre-existing injury stops you doing the intended pose. http://www.katecolvinyoga.co.uk/

Ahhh thanks Lizzi!! Joph Spencer..... there's lots of reasons for lower back pain so always best to try and get a docs diagnosis if you are having alot of pain or ongoing probs if haven't done already, so you can choose the right type of class for you. Feel free to get in touch! I'm also on FB - https://www.facebook.com/KateColvinYoga
