  My sisters dog got hurt really bad and she took it to the vet in boone and found out they are going to have to amputate the dogs leg. But the vet in boone would not treat the dog because she didn't have all the money up front. They charged her $200 for what they did last night and now she doesn't have the money to get her baby the care that she needs. If anyone knows of a vet that would set up a payment plan please let me know or of any help she can get to have her baby treated.
