McTimoney Corley is a whole body treatment technique for all animals. Animals may often exhibit behaviours or problems as a result of back pain
DOES YOUR HORSE SHOW SIGNS OF THE FOLLOWING? - Intermittent Lameness - Unwillingness to work on the bit, on a circle and hollowing the Back - Asymmetry, such as stiffness on one rein or a disunited canter - Reduced impulsion from behind, sometimes dragging the toes - Uncharacteristic changes in behaviour or temperament e.g. rearing, bucking or refusing fences - Showing reluctance or sensitivity to being saddled - Displaying signs of misery or depression and unexplained deterioration in normal performance
DOES YOUR DOGSHOW SIGNS OF THE FOLLOWING? - Lack of performance - working dogs, agility training - Limping or lameness - Not wishing to evenly distribute weight on all 4 limbs - Difficulty jumping/ getting up or down - Displaying signs of aggression, pain, unhappiness or reluctance to play - Uneven muscle tone - Unusual sensitivity to touch - Crying when getting up
I consider myself to be extremely fortunate to have a vocation that I enjoy, and it never ceases to amaze me the difference a treatment can make to an animal.
Not only do I treat Horses and Dogs, but I also treat Cattle. Goats, Donkeys and Mules.
McTimoney-Corley Spinal Therapy treatment is a gentle and effective way of helping to restore joint mobility and release muscle tension. Palpation skills are used in order to isolate areas of nerve/joint restriction along the spinal column and other joints of the body. Specific adjustments are then applied with my hands using controlled, short, sharp thrusts to help restore movement to the joint, relieve pressure exerted on the nerves and alleviate pain. This in turn allows the body to restore its own natural balance and harmony.
Anyone know for a back specialist that will come to aberdare?

Can anyone recommend a good chiropractor or physio who can come on quite short notice to a pony in pain in the Aber area please? Thankyou in advance :)
