  Hi all, I don't know if any one can offer me any advice. I have a windows 8 Dell laptop and yesterday I installed windows 10. When I switched it on this morning it doesn't boot up and now it is making a very loud beeping sound. I am rubbish with things like this and I have stuff on there that I need to access.
