  My horse friends from south Florida. I' m looking for a good "horse friendly" neurologist who understands that "not being able to ride" is not an option. My 18 year old daughter was told today she will never ride again and it left her in tears. She has a herniated disc in her lower back. Any names would be greatly appreciated.

  Eden Ridlon - a herniated disc will not heal up on its own, unfortunately. But there are things a person can do even without surgery. Look into Therapeutic yoga, Vicki Nedin. I have been taking it for a year now, and so many things I thought I would have to live with for the rest of my life have ceased to be issues.
