Not sure where you live. Dr. Edward Isaacs, Richmond VA, is a board certified Neurologist who practices Osteopathic Manipulation Therapy. Amazing!

I would seriously look into getting a good chiropractor... Dr Simons at maximized living can talk to you about options and understanding an accident like she had and how to fix it. I have seen many people come out changes including myself from his practice. His office is located in west palm

Research Vax Decompression Therapy.

A combo of a good sports physician, regular chiropractic care, a supervised fitness program....you can beat this. For chiropractor, try Dr. Rochet on southern blvd near royal Palm Beach blvd., across from Little ranches. For sports medicine, try dr. Craig Lichtblau (sp?) in north Pam Beach. One on one fitness, contact Bryan at Evolution Fitness at CrossFit Wellington on Pierson in Wellington. Good luck and don't give up! Wellness first!!!!!! Surgery and giving up riding are the very last resorts!!!!!!!!!

Try contacting the University of Miami Spine Institute- they do amazing things there! I graduated from PT school there and they have a huge spinal cord center. Good luck!
