Hi All,
I'm currently looking into some infomation on fitness groups/boot camps in the area. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I am also seeing some info on PT's, I'm Looking for someone too work with 2-3 times per week and someone who doesn't require the joining of a gym at extra cost. I am on a budget unfortunately. My overall goal is weight loss, however I'm purely seeking someone to work with me and ultimately just allow me to get some exercise back into my routine and provide me with the guided motivation I require.
