  Advice please. My grandmother lives in Bedford, in her 80' s but active is looking for a small adult dog. Ideally one that will enjoy cuddles and short daily walks. She doesn't drive and we're finding rescue shelters prefer lots of visits before they let you adopt and she just can't do that. She's always had dogs in the past and she's lonely.   BWR is the very group that we are raising funds for at our birthday party tonight! But I do know though that they are a very small operation, overrun at the moment and may not be able to take in any more hedgehogs, which is why you probably can't get their contact details. I think they may have some useful information on caring for hedgehogs in the short term, on their website.
