Reminder that if you live in Stephens County and have a stray cat, the Toccoa Animal Shelter has a grant that will provide for a FREE spay or neuter and a FREE rabies vaccine. Call 706-282-3275 for info. Next surgery date is August 27. PLEASE get your cats "fixed." The Toccoa Shelter has 120-130 kittens plus about 40 adult cats. All are beautiful and all need homes.
