It serves as a daily reminder of my commitment to health and fitness. As a personal trainer/fitness manager, I understand that health and fitness has different definitions for individuals. Therefore, I emphasize the importance of communicating realistic goals. As a result, the client and I will have a progress reports to discuss future goals and aspirations. I believe it is important to be knowledgeable and experienced in the workout routines set forth for the client. There is no “cookie-cutter” process when it comes to achieving the right results you want!
