  Looking for an agent I found a home that my husband and I would like to buy it's in pre foreclosure and I love the home. I contacted the broker and he asked if I had an agent. I'm not sure how this process goes and info would be greatly appreciated.

  Briana: I'm happy to help. (805) 701-3905 is my cell. I'm currently working with a buyer on a foreclosure and have helped many before. I'm also a real estate instructor, and I teach classes for people to get and keep their licenses. I know real estate inside and out!

  I'm also a Realtor, and would also recommend Tiffany Myers. She's phenomenal. If I could offer unsolicited advice. Interview 3, talk to them, don't give up any private information until you sign with someone, and then choose or you feel comfortable with. Different people "click" differently. Doesn't make the agent better or worse, you just need someone you trust.
