  Buhler Dental - (801) 794-9905 in Spanish Fork. Friendly, extremely competent dentists using the latest technology. I'm sure they'd work with you on payments. Can't tell you how many times they went above and beyond "regular dental work" in helping our kids with various issues while they were in braces. Absolutely fantastic and wonderful in every way.
