About us
Welcome to Belle's Confections! I make custom orders for every occasion and pride myself on providing delicious, homemade cakes, cupcakes and cake pops. I use REAL ingredients, i.e no phony icing or whipped cream, and put the time and effort into every order so that your cake meets my high expectations! Please feel free to message me if you have any questions regarding a quote or would like any additional information! Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply, 72 hours during the weekend.
PRICING: For a quote please message me with the number of servings you will need as well as what theme you are thinking (please feel free to include pictures of similar cakes you like!) I cannot give you a quote without this info and since every cake/confection is different I will not give ballpark pricing until I have an idea of what you are looking for.
Cupcakes-Minimum order of a dozen, 1 flavor per dozen.
Cupcakes with a buttercream design starting at $2.75 per item.
Cupcakes with an additional fondant topper starting at $3.50 per item.

Cake Flavors: Please note, not all cake flavors are suitable for carved or sculpted cakes. Please select a cake flavor along with an icing or ganache, additional fillings are optional. For fondant cakes I use homemade marshmallow fondant that sits on top of the icing and is easily peeled back if you choose not to eat it.

I make my own homemade marshmallow fondant wherever applicable; for red and black I purchase quality vanilla fondant as those colors are hard to produce in the desired shades.
POLICIES
*All orders are taken online. I do not do phone or in person consultations for orders under $300. I can be asked any questions regarding your order over messenger and prefer this method as it takes me a while to be able to sit down and generate pricing or plan out a design.
*If ordering Red Velvet cake please note that I do not use a huge amount of red dye in my cakes-just a slight tinge otherwise I feel like it alters the taste.
*Three weeks’ notice on all orders is required but if you need a last minute order please ask and I will try and fit you in. Three weeks’ notice does not guarantee you a spot as I may already be booked so the sooner you inquire the better.
*I have the right to refuse service to any persons.
*I require a 50% deposit to hold your date. The deposit is due two weeks prior to your cake date. I accept e transfer as well as cash. Your date is not booked until I receive the deposit as I have to operate under a first come first serve basis to be fair to everyone.
*Delivery within Victoria is 5$, all outside areas are $10-$15 depending on location.
I use peanut products in my kitchen and while I sanitize before/after there are no 100% guarantees. Please inform me of any allergies before. It is at the customers discretion when purchasing.
