  Brooke S. wrote: These people are impossible to deal with. After moving out not only do they make excuses to not give you your full deposit back. But they take a month to get the check to you. Impossible, rude, and unprofessional. I would actually give them a negative two star.

  It's far but there beautiful places. Happy homes is amazing. I'm currently moving out of my 2 bedroom 1 bath next week. Pro rated rent and deposit is based on your credit I believe.
