  I have used: Beveled Glass Products 415-822-1161 1437 Wallace Avenue San Francisco CA 94124 for large glass holes in thick sheet glass. They have a waterjet cutter and they also use drill presses etc with diamond hole saws. If you are going to do multiples I would try them. Give them a call. Michael Goldman
