  On El Pelar's Nextdoor.com site, someone asked the same question. The answer was: "Cheaper Sweeper is the ONLY guy I would trust. 409-6243. He came in for another opinion after another company told me I MUST spend $1200 on repairs and a liner or my house would burn down. He came and told me they were scaming, my chimney was fine.... house hasn't burned down in 12 yrs now so I think he was right. Also bid considerably lower on a repair job we needed on another house and did a great job."
