You should see if your neighborhood has set up a nextdoor.com site. Just go there and enter your address. It's pretty handy!

Ruth Coose and I had to clean out our chimney and entire furnace last year during the really cold January. One of my vendors from work pointed me to Davine Air in Nampa....gotta say, they were awesome. Not sure if it'd work for your situation but could be a start.
