I registered with the Health Care Connect service offered by the Ontario government and they haven't been useful. I've got some urgent health issues that need to be addressed and I'm getting more and more desperate, so I'm looking for any leads you can offer! Willing to travel within 50 km from Waterloo.   [Northfield Medical](https://www.northfieldmedical.ca/) at the Boardwalk might still be accepting patients, or at least have a short waiting list. Also check with the chamber of commerce in each of the tri cities - they should be able to direct you to newly opened practices in the area that are likely to take patients. Cambridge in particular has a lot of practices along the hospital strip. Lastly, stay away from Mango Tree. They are unorganized, have an extremely high staff turnover rate, and you'll have a terrible, terrible experience.
