  Guys need some advice: I'm currently driving my company car, which is ideally registered ( I assume)under the service provide name with my home address with DVLA. I'd moved to different house & changed my address in my Licence & with the service provider. Unfortunately, there was a Parking penalty charged in Jan'14 & it was sent to my old address. Since I was not aware of the charges, there were further notices sent & finally debt collection has been involved with a warrant to collect my vehicle. Today, I received a notice from a Debt Collection agency that they have reapplied for a warrant to be issued to collect my vehicle from new address. My queries are: 1. Is company car registered to employee / service provider name or to our name? 2. Any idea on who is responsible to update DVLA on change of car registration address? 3. Any help on how to tackle this issue with any previous experiences? Thanks for your help !!
