  Interested to know what people pay for HMO lettings agents as a % of gross income, and also are there any HMO landlords or builders out there who would be kind enough to send me sample quotes? We are aiming for something mid level - ie a nice pad for blue collar workers with en-suite facilities in all rooms and a shared kichen/diner. Many thanks.
