  OMG -- you have to call Robert Hirohara 408-375-3612, pianofactotum@hotmail.com. He's awesome. Ended up returning 3 x in one week because of some weird part that needed to be replaced. Did not charge any extra because he knew I had a party coming up and felt responsible (even though he wasn't). Super nice guy too...and people that play said the piano sounded fantastic after the tuning.
