I use Skylark Piano Tuning- I use the owner Shawn. http://www.skylarkpiano.com/ He is more expensive than some tuners, but he is a technician.

Lauren: My guy, Tom Bollinger, will do the Penninsula but I don't have his number with me (at work today). I can try to send it to you later. But, I think he actually lives down there and he's really good.
