  So, The city of Wheat Ridge came to do road work near my place about 3 weeks ago and parked a port-o-john on 40th. It has been there since. It's not a very pretty sight and I can't imagine it smells very good to the person whose house it's next to, not to mention those who walk down the sidewalk. Who removes those? and how long does it take til they remove them?
