I'm looking for an expert on antique strawberries, for a quote for a magazine story. The criteria necessary are 1) the variety needs to be at least pre 1950. 2) It needs to be available for gardeners wanting to buy plants and 3) it needs to be outstanding in some way (excellent flavor, heavy bearing, long bearing, etc.) If you know of a variety that fits, and would be willing to write a few sentences about it, please message me. The story is slated for GRIT magazine, published early next summer. Thank you!
