Unfortunately it is required to be liscensed for this. ORS 671.520 requires liscense for "(d) Plan and install fences, decks, arbors, patios, landscape edging, driveways,walkways or retaining walls." I checked because my hubby is willing, but not liscensed for landscaping contractor. Tale Makalea is though and he's a good man with integrity. I can message you his business line if you like.
