  loaded question. what/who one person likes, someone else will hate. that said, taylor street tattoo, bridgeport tattooing, tatoo tatu, pioneer, speakeasy tattooing, revolution, chicago tattoo co and deluxe all have good people. i'm sure i'm overlooking some. plenty of really bad little places, too, though.
