Then you should sms and email your querie because it would mean that you have records of the steps you have taken. Next step would be to call the call center to tell them the steps you have taken with regard to your complaint and how long it would take to fix the problem (ask for a call number, take down the name of the agent and write down the time of the call). If that fails, then you need to email and sms the chairperson and manager of the subcouncil.
