  Most supermarkets have a box on their parking lot for used clothing. Mostly yellowish or dark bluie. The yellowish ones are from Humana (http://www.humana.nl/over-humana/wat-doet-humana-met-textiel/). Then you have dress for succes (http://www.dressforsuccess.nl/). They try to help people searching for a job who can't afford it with fitting clothes. Further there is clothing bank Eindhoven helping people from Eindhoven who have little money on new clothing. You can find more about them here: http://www.kledingbank-eindhoven.nl/hoe-kunt-u-helpen.php . Probably there are more good causes but this are just a few.
