  There's a place at Graham water that do them with the tracking cameras, would be a great place for a ride round afterwards to check the fit! https://www.rutlandcycling.com/pages/bike-fit.aspx I've been meaning to go and get them to do mine for a while!

  That's odd: neither www.innertubeshop.com or Rutlandcycling.com have 16" in bulk. I prefer armoured tyres to slime, but I carry a zefal puncture sealant cannister too, in case I don't have time to fix it.
