Depends on your budget, but I used Cycle Fit in Covent Garden. They're not the cheapest, but they're very good. Otherwise, try Department of Endurance in Parsons Green

To add to this question - are there any places outside of London where the cost of the train ticket is less than the saving gained? (e.g. Milton Keynes?)

I used Bespoke Cycling and got a perfect and comfortable position. Cost £250 though - pretty much the going rate for a fitting with a qualified fitter that actually cares.
