  I am in need of some help finding cheap flowers. I am willing to arrange them all myself but need somewhere to buy them. Our budget for flowers is 500 and we would like to get the most bang for our buck!!! Is there anywhere local that we could buy them or pick them for cheap? I would really like dahlias.
