Crown Bees is a good resource - they are based in Woodinville, WA. Lot of info on their website. They sell mason bee houses and attractant, although I haven't tried that myself. Mason bees live throughout the Portland-Metro area, so there's a good chance you have some nearby. If you put out a mason bee house they might move in. I have seen them nest in adirondack chairs and house siding. I did pay for mine the first year, and they have since been prolific.
