  I've used Caxtonfx before https://www.caxtonfx.com/ - before I found transferwise - they were pretty good on exchange rates but got hit for a fee paying into a czech account - For 1 off lump sum transfers you can get better rates than for £5K or less if you call them up. Be prepared for lots of money laundering prevention questions.
