  La Taqueria can do it: [lataqueria.com](https://www.lataqueria.com/) One of the best items on the menu, IMO, is their vegetarian Rajas Con Crema burrito. So, so good. ​ If Como Taperia was still open, I'd recommend them as well. Not Mexican, but hands down some of the best Spanish tapas you could find before the lockdown.

I can't stand the faux junk that most places sling, nor am I a fan of tex mex. I want legit food, and not just tacos. Don't get me wrong, I love tacos and street food. No aguanto la comida que dicen es "mexicana" pero se preparan con mentiras y cartón, no me gusta "texmex" tampoco. Quiero comida verdad, comida chingon. Me encanta tacos y comida de la calle, pero quiero los otros también. Ceviche, mole, chilaquiles o al menos chicharron, como se hacen fresco y aún caliente.
