  You should try - BECI Brussels Enterprise Commerce and Industry http://www.beci.be/services/je_cree_ma_societe/ Before setting up my business I did my own research, collected questions, and then had a free consulting session there. They also offer paid services like lawyer, paperwork handling, contacts database, etc. And Accountant is not a "must" to have, it really depends on the size of your business and the number of bills.
