I'm trying to learn as much as I can about the area before I move to have the smoothest transition. I am looking for the most affordable places to buy groceries. I cook 99% of all of our meals at home and buy pretty healthy food. I heard pcc is amazing, but wondering if the cost is similar to whole foods... Which becomes very expensive when you do most of your shopping there. It's myself, husband and toddler. I'm thinking Costco may work out best value. Potentially that and coop for fresh organic produce. Amy thoughts or opinion on affordable grocery shopping and coops or other subscriptions?

  PCC is too expensive. Fred Meyer in Ballard neighborhood has best prices for the quality and Grocery Outlet in Ballard. Costco is good too. There's a new Trader Joe's opening in Shoreline in 2 weeks. Right on the Interurban bike trail I've been in the bicycle business in Seattle for over 25 years. I sell used bikes and do repairs. Bicycledoctor.com. Carkeek Park is the best sunset park. That's where I live. Maybe we'll meet. I've been on every street. Cheers!
