  I can't speak for all their locations, but the El Rinconsito in Bellevue had pretty legit Mexican food, in my opinion, when I lived and worked down there. I always get horchata when it's available at any Mexican restaurant, but I can't tell the mix from the real stuff. That said, I _think_ theirs is the good stuff? http://elrinconsito.com/
