  Hi, If you are asking about an orthopedic veterinarian, I highly recommend Dr. Gary Brown in Fremont. His phone number is 510-657-6343. He is treating Nikkers for arthritis, and more recently a somewhat torn ligament in his left shoulder. He also x-rayed Jelly's hips and is qualified in diagnosing hip and other problems. I have no personal experience with him directly regarding hip dysplasia. Good luck,
