  http://demofkleding.nl/ (Haarlemmerdijk, great shop) or http://www.guntersenmeuser.nl/ (Prinsengracht, great hardware shop too) Or even Praxis which has outlets all over town, though the employees may not have as good advice as esp De Mof.
